The River Club is found on the Zambian side of the Zambezi River; in Southern Zambia only 30 minutes upstream from the Victoria Falls. Guests can enjoy the mesmerizing sights and sounds of Victoria Falls and the Zambezi River in a tranquil setting at the lodge.The lodge offer a truly authentic local experience within the context of Livingstone and the natural heritage of the Zambezi River and Victoria Falls with an unrivalled presence.

The National Zambezi Park is situated just a few kilometers across the River where a wide range of wildlife can be enjoyed from the lodge. Elephants and hippos can be seen on the river banks along with a very rich bird life.
There are eleven spacious, private suites are individually set within the tree line along the edge of the magnificent Zambezi River. From their elevated positions, the suites are perfectly situated to gaze across the river to the Zambezi National Park on the opposite bank, home to an array of wildlife and birds in an area of abundant natural beauty. Renowned for their spectacular views and romantic ambience, each room looks west into the glorious African sunset, best viewed from the privacy of the ball-and-claw bath.

Open plan and tastefully decorated with furniture and fittings made from beautiful Zambezi teak wood, they have been designed for comfort and complete relaxation.
Each suite is on a split level and features include a sitting area with windows that can be opened to admire the spectacular views, two bathrooms, and large mosquito nets swathing the bed. The upstairs bathroom has a shower, vanity, and lavatory while the downstairs bathroom has a bath overlooking the river, separate shower, vanity, and lavatory.
Other in-room facilities include air-conditioning, safe, hairdryer, mini bar fridge with bottled water and soft drinks, fan and mosquito nets.Luxury River Suite
The Luxury River Suites offer spacious, open plan interiors and are the ultimate space in which to relax and unwind after a day spent exploring Victoria Falls, playing lawn games, visiting the nearby attractions or enjoying a game drive.
The suites are tastefully decorated with furniture and fittings made from beautiful Zambezi teak wood and large mosquito nets which swathe the double bed and doors which open to a private outside deck, plunge pool and small secluded garden presenting views of the Zambezi River beyond. The spacious interiors feature a living room and full bathroom amenities. One suite has room to accommodate two children's beds on the mezzanine floor and a second bathroom.
Other in-room facilities include air-conditioning, safe, hairdryer, mini bar fridge with bottled water and soft drinks, fan and mosquito nets.
Luxury River Family Suite
The Luxury Family River Suite is spacious and open plan with two, partially private, en-suite bedrooms. An additional bed can be requested in the downstairs room to accommodate 3 children. Glass doors open to a private outside deck and plunge pool with unimpeded views of the Zambezi River beyond. The suite is tastefully decorated with furniture and fittings made from beautiful Zambezi teak wood and large mosquito nets swathe the beds. The main bathroom has a double vanity, bath, separate shower and lavatory. The second bathroom downstairs has a single vanity, bath, separate shower and lavatory.
Other in-room facilities include: air-conditioning, safe, hairdryer, mini bar fridge with bottled water and soft drinks, fan and mosquito nets.
Princess Mary Suite
A luxurious double storey villa situated in a secluded garden with a private pool, the Princess Mary Suite offers an intimate experience for families or groups of friends seeking privacy and space.
The suite can accommodate two to six guests. There is a master en-suite room, with private balcony overlooking the Zambezi River, upstairs and downstairs, there is a twin-single-bedroom and a second bathroom, not en-suite. Additional children's beds can be arranged in the lounge to accommodate a total of six guests. The ground floor comprises a lounge area, library, mini-bar and dining area. Guests may choose to dine privately in the comfort of the suite or join our other guests at the main lodge. The upstairs bathroom has a shower, double vanity and lavatory with the bath located in the spacious bedroom overlooking the River. The downstairs bathroom has a double vanity, shower and lavatory.

The main area is a well-appointed residence, with a comfortable lounge, large dining room, impressive library and wide veranda providing amazing views of the wildlife. Lush gardens spread out beneath the trees is a croquet court where meals are very often served there.
There is a tennis court and an infinity pool which seems part of the river itself, in addition of a secluded deck with hammocks and loungers
A wellness centre houses a treatment room for manicures, pedicures, spa, facials and massages as well as a sauna, Jacuzzi and mini gym with electronic exercise equipment.
A gift shop is also at the disposal of guests.
