Restaurants

LE BRABANT

Le Brabant, Paradis' main restaurant, opens for all meals. It enjoys a convenient location at the edge of the oversized main pool and overlooks the sparkling ocean. The spacious restaurant is cleverly segmented into smaller areas for more privacy and tranquility. Spectacular buffets for breakfast and dinner allow guests to fill up on delicious food, some of which are prepared just the way they like it at individual cooking stations.

Theme buffets are a hallmark of the restaurant and guests can expect to sample in turn Asian food, Italian favorites, and local specialties along with French classics at night.

LA PALMA

Mediterranean restaurant located at the heart of the resort. Open for lunch and dinner, the chic restaurant nestles in the lush gardens in a lovely setting that opens onto the beach.

The restaurant has a limited seating capacity guaranteeing intimate dining or small gatherings. Within this one restaurant, guests can choose from three separate areas to savour their favorite Mediterranean dishes.

BLUE MARLIN

Gourmet restaurant beachfront. Offering a spectacular view over the sparkling sea, the Blue Marlin opens for all meals and specializes in fresh fish and seafood. The restaurant's signature giant marlin hung from the ceiling in the grand dining room sets the tone and theme. Blue shades, wood and copper finishes and walls dotted with portholes evoke the top deck of a liner cruising the Indian Ocean.

LA RAVANNE

Open-air restaurant located close to the villas. Located at the far end of the resort, welcomes guests for a wonderful dinner that takes Creole cuisine to new heights. the evening starts with a short boat ride inshore in a traditional pirogue. The pirogue departs from the beach in front of the Blue Marlin restaurant and drops off guests at La Ravanne's private jetty where they will enjoy a warm welcome to the sound of the traditional sega beat. Guests are invited to take their seats under rustic thatched kiosks set on individual decks laid out on the sand. To add to the magic, the beach and the ocean act as a romantic backdrop. In this exquisite setting, guests will taste delicious Mauritian dishes prepared with the finest local ingredients.

PARADIS BAR

Paradis' main bar is the perfect mix of style and conviviality. It is fitted with comfortable wooden armchairs spread across the spacious interior and open-air area opening onto the main pool or the beach and sea.

It’s ideal location at the heart of the hotel makes it the hub of entertainment at night. At any time of the day, guests can unwind peacefully while enjoying fantastic views of the beach and sea.

Paradis' main bar is also famous for its delicious pancakes with a choice of fancy fillings served every afternoon!
